Has anyone tried laser lip treatment?

Lip Lase by Fotona specifically.

It's non invasive but I'm doubtful whether it will deal with my issue, which is the start of vertical upper lip wrinkles cat's bum mouth

Or should I go for fillers? I'd rather not have an invasive treatment if possible.

Fillers would work straight away, and you can start with a little so it just softens them and go for more later if needed
