I have used this cream to treat my spots and now find it's been discontinued 😥it really helped keeping my skin under control and am a bit distraught about it ,I am a woman in my 40's and have had problem skin since teens with regular doctor visits.Does anyone know why and if will come back as it disappeared a few years back and then reappeared🤔Also any help about keeping skin under control gratefully received, thanks.

The only product which works for me is Paula's choice BHA. I've tried most things from the dr and it always comes back. But this one product left me being able to go bare skin last summer.

Acnecide is similar to panoxyl and can recommend. I’m prone to breakouts and PMT related cystic acne. I found using LRP effaclar face wash and salicylic acid toner plus glycolic acid serum from Bravura keeps my skin pretty clear. I only need to acnecide for bad breakouts which are now pretty rare

Agree acnecide gel is a good alternative
