Has anyone ordered from JustMyLook.co.uk and been messed around?

Hi,

I ordered an Ordinary product recommended on here from JustMyLook.co.uk and they have messed me around for almost a month and just not sent the item. Today, I emailed them again and they said that it was now OOS. I am so mad, why didn't they just say that from the start instead of making me chase them at least 5 times. Is it just me or have others experienced the same?

I've only ordered from them once but it was a pretty hassle free experience to be honest. Perhaps you were unlucky, or maybe I was just lucky

This is my experience :
I ordered a new Wahl trimmer, it arrived in a packaging that seemed to have been opened before and I found that the comb that comes with the trimmer wasn't original and didn't fit on it. I contacted them (you can only send an email) and they just rejected my query and said everything we sent you was good. I felt this was unfair and sent them photos and kept chasing them, then they asked me to return the product for inspection (at my own expense) and their email was signed by someone called Charlotte. So I returned them their product exactly how I received it and on the same box and packaging, then I kept chasing to get a reply. They finally replied (the email was signed by someone called Dawn) and said the product I returned them wasn't the one they sent me and had a different serial number. I never have had any similar product in my life apart from the one they sent me, I really couldn't beleive this, so basically they scammed me and they are now simply ignoring my emails.
The only thing I felt I can do now is to leave the review so that as much people can see this and avoid ordering from them, hopefully they can get back a bit of justice for what they did to me and people can avoid loosing their money like me.

Contact your credit card provider or Paypal (whichever payment you used) Ibrah. They can do a chargeback and recover your money in cases like this where you have all the proof of being messed around.

Update 16.01.21
After raising the case to paypal, paypal is now making them refund me the return.
So Im getting refunded the price of the item £69, but the negative is that I paid 2x £8 to return the item twice on their request so Im loosing £16 and also 2 months of hassle.
In summary, just avoid this website :)

I have ordered lots of times and never had any problems

Iv been using just my look for many years on/off, so I’ll order from them if I can’t find it cheaper on another website, and iv never had a problem with them ever, my orders have come quite quickly, and exactly what iv ordered.
what I like about their website is the fact you only have to spend £10 and you get free delivery, I think that’s excellent, bearing in mind, that most websites are now charging £50 £60 £75 and iv also seen a website spend £95 and you get free delivery, that is just disgusting, considering your buying from them, so really they shouldn’t be charging that much for free delivery.
so as long as just my look keeps it at £10 and they have what I want, I will continue to use them 🙂

Does anyone have any recent experience with this company? Have a couple of perfumes I’ve been looking at for a good price but just wanted to check they are legit?

Yes definitely a legit site. I've used them for years with issues at all.

WARNING beware of this company. If you order any products and are dissatisfied they will deny you a refund. I ordered a perfume i have been using for years, when this arrived from Justmylook i immediately knew it was a fake perfume. I reached out and they have denied a refund stating hygiene reasons. Various reviews on Trustpilot warn about this company, so if you want to lose your hard earned money.... go ahead and order.
