Vibration plates

Does anyone have experience of using a vibration plate thinking of getting one from Argos rivber plus model to help tone up my wobbly bits any good or wll I just wobble

I have one that cost around £120. I also used to use one in a gym and it was recommended by personal trainers. They are very effective for toning if you do 10-15 mins per day, 4-5 days per week.
Faster results than doing the same exercise on the floor. You don't just stand on them - do squats, press ups, tricep dips etc., there should be a guide to exercise positions with the machine. If not look online.
