What boots do you wear with floral dresses?

I used to wear floral dresses with tan knee high boots a few years ago but I feel that look is a bit dated...
I’ve seen lots of nice dresses in the shops but I don’t know what to wear on my feet!
Any suggestions? Must be flat, comfy and practical (I spend most of my time at the park with young kids)

£42 for leather boots 😲 what's the quality like? Do they last or are they cheap fashion boots for half a season?
