How to wave my hair with GHD's?

Hi all!

I have a shoulder length bob, very straight!

I am not the best at styling my hair but I would love love to be able to master how to wave my hair with my GHD's.

Can anyone advise? Also on product to keep it in?

I also need to be able to do it quickly as 2 children means zero time to get ready in morning!

It's quite difficult to write down how to do it so I'd look at you tube and copy!! X
