TopShop - are their shoes any good?

I have seen a nice pair of loafers on their website and am thinking about ordering them. Is their sizing fairly standard and are their shoes generally comfortable, narrow, wide.......... I live in France so don't want to faff about with returns if I can avoid it.

I find them really small !! I'm a 4 in pumps but need a 5 in their shoes for some reason .

Ohhh. Good to know, and probably makes them a no go then as I have huge great trotters.

I bought some lace ups years ago off them, they ripped the skin off my heels & I returned them.

Thanks all, think I will keep my money safe til I see some real life shoes!
