Hush jeans - good for skinny-with-hips?

I have always liked the look of the Hush Boyfriend jeans, but wondering whether they'll fit as I have an awkward figure for jeans - tall and skinny but hourglass, which sounds ok but usually means if i can get jeans past my butt there's a massive gap at the waist. Anyone else a similar shape and has tried these jeans (or other brands) with success? Thanks in advance!

Ooh interested about the fit too....
Size 14 here ....

If you’re tall you might find the boyfriend ones quite short

I have just got the star boyfriend jeans, I'm a standard size 10 and these are a size 10, I think they are a great fit. It advises you to size up for a baggier fit bit I think the next size up would have been too big on the waist.

I put a photo up of the fit on the other hush thread yesterday

I'm sorry keep posting too early! I don't have much of a defined waist and have narrow hips so not sure how these would fit on bigger hips. I do have chunky legs though.

I find that they are always too big on the waist and tight on my hips. I can never get a good fit, which is a shame as I love the star jeans they have at the moment. I'm a size 6 - 8 hourglass.

I’d agree about them being too wide on the waist if they fit on my thighs
Which is such a shame as I really want to love them, they are lonely denim

I am the same shape/skinny combo as you - I find J brand midrise fit well.

Thanks for the advice, sounds like they might not be quite right for me. I have also found J Brand fit well but they are soo expensive! Might have to save some pennies!
