Good Nail Polish Remover

Does anybody know of a good nail polish remover that takes nail polish off quickly? I just wear normal polish, not gel, but really struggle to take it off. If it was cheap that would also be a plus.
Thanks

I use Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover - it's in a little pot and you just stick your fingernail in and twist it about - takes all the polish off. It's about £5.

Thanks for the reply, how often do you have to replace it assuming you paint your nails regularly?

I don't paint my nails all that often to be honest but it has done about ten goes so far and hasn't dried up.

If you buy regular acetone you can soften it a fair bit by adding water and glycerine (google for recipes).

That way you have the power of the acetone but it won't leave your skin feeling ravaged.

Otherwise I buy acetone additives from indie makers such as girly bits cosmetics or rainbow connection (UK based) - little bottles of softening fragranced magic that you again can add to regular acetone!

The blue Cutex one is the best I've found.

Another vote for the Bourjois pot here. It's the twisting your fingers in it that really helps so you could always get one and then top it up with a bottle afterwards. Though whenever I've bought cheap nail polish remover it's always meant hours of grimly scraping at my nails. False economy.

I use OPI expert touch remover, I get it from nailpolishdirect Smile

Boots own make- the cheapest one ‘essentials’ I think it is. Takes off polish quickly and cheap as chips.
