Collagen supplements

I am thinking about trying some and just wondered if anybody has tried them, if they worked and where to buy them from.

Snake oil. Once you consume ANY protein the body breaks it into amino acids & uses it as it needs.

So they could become a blood cell or a liver cell or repair a ligament but their not going to be exclusively made into skin cells.

If you want to increase collagen use a red light led face mask.
