Have you looked at Rainbow Club? Lots of styles and heel heights on there. Also look on John Lewis and House of Fraser.

Are flats your preference?

kerstina · 24/01/2018 14:24

I don't mind a bit of heel as am only 5 2". Thanks I will have a look . I got some pretty jewelled paradox ones off eBay but they are so uncomfortable

That's funny you should say that, I got married last year and wore Paradox shoes from HoF but found them to be really comfortable! They weren't ones with gems though which could be the difference.

Rachel Simpson shoes are very pretty but quite expensive at around £200 a pop. What is your budget?

kerstina · 24/01/2018 14:42

I would only pay £200 if really loved them otherwise £100 max

I also had Pink Paradox shoes. They're the most comfortable heels I've ever worn. I bought some flat ones to change into on the night, but I didn't need them. My heels were so comfortable.

kerstina · 24/01/2018 15:13

I think I should have sized up with the paradox ones they just felt too small .

Spam88 · 24/01/2018 16:37

I had Dessy flats and they were so comfortable.

kerstina · 24/01/2018 18:43

Was coming on to recommend Rachel Simpson shoes but you've beaten me to it! When my sister got married we went to their showroom in Birmingham and all of the shoes were beautiful. We both ended up with a pair and they were comfortable too. I hope you are happy with them when they arrive Smile

Monipop84 · 24/01/2018 22:00

I love Charlotte Mills. Got a pair of Anastasia for my wedding. Smile

kerstina · 28/01/2018 11:19

I decided not to keep the Rachel Simpson shoes as they were pretty but I didn't love them and they were too loose. I am thinking of wearing my old favourite shoes . What do you think . They are Joules and years old.

I wore flat silver toms under my dress. They were so comfy and I had no problems at all. As a never dress wearer, never heel wearer with dyspraxia I just wanted to walk comfortably and safely!

BuzzKillington · 28/01/2018 11:40

Those 'years old' shoes look it. Plus, green shoes with an ivory wedding dress?

happymummy12345 · 28/01/2018 11:41

I got a pair of ballet pumps from primark, £5. I refused to pay a lot for shoes no one would see on my wedding day. And they matched my reception dress perfectly.
I still wear them now 3 years later.

BuzzKillington · 28/01/2018 11:43

Flats would be fine under a long dress, but all kinds of wrong with your 3/4 length.

You need heels!
