They don't go out of fashion do they? I love a denim jacket just bought a lovely Levi's (very cheap £27!) I don't see anyone else wearing them though not even in spring. Please tell me it isn't dated Blush

I kept mine from years ago and still wear it. It's a Levi's trucker one.

PorklessPie · 24/01/2018 12:57

This new one is very stiff, going to take some wearing to make it look better.

What style is it?

MikeUniformMike · 24/01/2018 13:11

Is it dark denim. Mine's stonewashed. I have a black-dyed one too and that one took a few washes to soften.

PorklessPie · 24/01/2018 13:16

It's a paler denim trucker. It's just very 'new' feeling Grin.

Mine's old but it was a bit too new-feeling when I got it. It will soften in the wash. Wearing it will help too.

sportyfool · 24/01/2018 13:21

Its too cold ! I wear mine in the spring summer .

PorklessPie · 24/01/2018 13:23

I just had to buy it when I saw the price. It's just right for me now when it isn't raining because I sweat loads and get very hot when walking if I have a proper coat on.

You don't see other people wearing them? Every 2nd person was wearing one last summer! I don't think it will be considered dated this year.

PorklessPie · 24/01/2018 13:33

I think my town is a bit behind the times! It seems every single adult is wearing a superdry jacket!

I wear mine with short skirts/thick tights/clumpy shoes but they look good with floral dresses in the summer.

AnaViaSalamanca · 24/01/2018 13:59

Where do you all buy them from?

caperberries · 24/01/2018 14:05

They can look good layered under another coat

PorklessPie · 24/01/2018 14:07

I got it from Amazon, I took a chance on a size L because it was only £27 and figured I could return it. I'm a small 10 and only 5ft 2 but it actually fits well because it's so rigid.

Nice jacket. Not sure the cat likes it.

PorklessPie · 24/01/2018 14:24

Hahaha I'm just glad it was a photo of the cat which got there by mistake and not one of me! Grin

Wow thanks OP I've just bought one! Too good a bargain to miss. I'm a chilly bod though so will save mine til spring!

PorklessPie · 24/01/2018 14:33

You would hardly be able to get one from a supermarket for that price, definitely a bargain.

Ha love the cat and also the jacket.

I've had a Levi's one for about 20 years and it comes out of hibernation every summer. I wear jeans a lot the rest of the year so don't really use it much for risk of looking like a cowboy, but it's perfect with summer dresses and floaty skirts in the summer - it kind of 'de-girly's' them IYKWIM?

silkpyjamasallday · 24/01/2018 14:36

I have a white one from all saints that I wear all the time. Looks particularly good with a striped top. The blogger Lucy Williams wears them a lot have a look on Pinterest. These are some of my favourites

Love the cat.
The first of the Lucy photos is exactly the look I like.
You got a bargain OP.

I think it's a classic rather than a fashion item. Both my jackets are Levi's men's small and I love having all the pockets.
