Anyone had an ASOS return not refunded ?

Just realised an ASOS return from Dec hasn't been refunded. Have proof of dropping it to their nominated collection centre (am in Ireland). Now trying to get in touch with customer services which seems to be a right pain in the bum.

Yes - they refunded most if the order but not one item (conveniently the most £££!). Couldn't get a reply to emails but tweeting them got it sorted pretty quickly. Try twitter? Good luck!

Yes, I think they lost my return and refunded with proof of postage :)

Yes I've had a refund when chased. I think they have an online chat section of my memory serves me right.

Yes. I did an online chat with them, and it was sorted with no issues.

Yes but they're quite slow. They were particularly bad in December so I'd get in touch if I were you. I got told on the phone my refund was happening and when I chased they had no record of my phone call so messenger or email might be better.

Yes me too. I had to chase and has and chase. They are usually so good but this time they were an absolute joke. I did get my refund in the end.
