Gah, interview tomorrow!

What on earth do I wear??

It's not a suited and booted kind of company so that's out (not that I've owned anything that formal for years).

The job is management level, quite senior in the 'cool' department. The company itself is quite traditional. Think along the lines of events manager at a national museum.....

I'd normally go along with: black cropped trousers and black loafers, silk blouse or silk t-shirt, with a smart navy blazer/jacket. However, I can't find my jacket and I think it's too cold for cropped trousers! I do have a gorgeous new black coat which would do to look smart in lieu of a blazer I think. Though I'd have take it off once in the interview room.

Any ideas wonderful ladies?? I have a large town on my doorstep, whistles/jigsaw etc are at hand!

I'm 34, tall ish, slim ish.

I'm normally all for weather appropriate dressing but if cropped trousers and loafers are your usual smart look I'd stick with it, for the sake of confidence.

Good luck!

Yes I second sticking with cropped trousers & loafers for the same reasons. May be add a funky scarf or snood that you can keep on during the interview?

Thanks, you're right- and it's not looking like rain here today either!

Black trousers and smart top is fine imo
