www.skinmedix.com/micro-needle-roller-0-5mm/

I was thinking of getting one of these rollers (inspired by Trinny Woodall) to improve my skin, both wrinkles and acne scarring.

Has anyone used one or have any thoughts on whether it's beneficial/ damaging/ a gimic?

Thank you.

I use one and I think it wakes my skin up and makes it primed to absorb product. I have pretty good skin, and my hairdresser always says how lovely my skin is. BlushSo maybe it works!

I've just ordered one today having watched a load of you tube videos. Watching with interested for others opinions.
How often are you using Atalune & what depth?

I'm curious about how much pressure you apply when rolling and also if you roll, break the surface of the skin then apply serums etc, does it not clog pores?

Also, do you just pop it in boiling water between using to sterilise or anything?

Surgical spirit to clean it.

I use 0.5mm and don't press - I just roll it over my skin. Bit uncomfy and makes me sneeze when I do my forehead but it's totally bearable!

Watching with interest as desperately need to overhaul my skin routine.

What kind of products do people use after it?

I use Bioscience Glopro. Derma roller with red led. I use it twice a week. Highly recommend. I follow with serums and or balms. Avoid acid.

I use the one Trinny has from amazon, it’s got some white little spikes and some longer ones. I don’t push when I roll but I do have a bit of pressure.

I use serum after then moisturiser then if it’s night time I have oil on on top.

I wash mine in hot soapy water then let it air dry on a clean muslin.
