Are there any skincare products out there which calm it down? Don’t want to hide it with make up so much as reduce it. It’s especially bad on my nose.

if you do a search here for rosacea then people have tried a couple of products, I'm currently using a Dermalogical green primer and avoiding red wine, but seriously considering IPL laser.

Can't help you I'm afraid as I have the same issue. Watching with interest!

I'm toying with getting The Ordinary's Azeliac Acid which is meant to be good for redness. I'll let you know when I bite the bullet!

Hi. Depends on severity but both my daughter and i have sensitive skin prone to redness and broken veins. Origins checks and balances foaming cleanser is really soothing. Used it after I'd had an overly irritating face mask last week and it calmed redness down straight away. Lasts ages too.
