Why didn't I ask where it was from?!!

I'm reaching out to Mumsnet for help! On Thursday I saw a woman in a dress that I can't stop thinking about, it would be perfect for me for work! I would always usually ask but she disappeared to quickly.

The dress is black, covered in a floral pattern with large red roses, three quarter sleeves and a gold zip at the back, sits just above the knee.

My guess was that it wasn't expensive, New Look or something similar.... I know this a long shot but any ideas?
