A nude lipstick that lasts?!

I have bought two Mac lipsticks recently that I love (Koi Coral and Honeylove) which are both pretty good colours on me-I prefer pink/coral to brown BUT they barely last an hour!

Can anyone recommend one that lasts? A particular shade or even a brand to try!?

I find Bare minerals and Bobbi Brown lipsticks both last really well. Never tried the nude but IME Mac hardly lasts so it's not worth it. Both brands I've mentioned are more expensive but worth it.

I got a Charlotte Tilsbury one and wore it for the first time on Christmas Day. It lasted all day and looked immaculate at bed time. It lasted through munching chocs all day, kissing relatives, drinking prosecco and Christmas dinner!

I have a gorgeous Urban Decay lipstick in a nude shade called 'Uptight'. I was told by the sales assistant to fill in my entire lip area with the matching liner first and then put the lipstick over the top. It pretty much lasts all day.

On the cheaper end of the scale but I'm currently liking Soap & Glory Sexy Motherpucker in 'Cinnamon Beige'. It's a nice matt, not too drying and lasts fairly well for me. Possibly too brown a shade for you though?

OP - I spent ages looking for the perfect nude which,like you, was more pinky coral than brown. I use Clinique Nude Pop. It’s so perfect that apart from the odd dabble with Chanel Boy (also pinky nude) and Mac New York Apple (metallic red-ish), generally Clinique nude pop is all I use. I have about 6 on the go. (In Various bags and rooms)

That Nude pop sounds perfect, BB! Looking online, the photos seem to vary massively-would you be kind enough to take a photo of it for me??

On the cheaper side, Revlon matt hd lipstick in Embrace, Seduction or Forever are lovely neutral shades. They take a while to dry but last surprisingly long and are easy to top up without the use of a mirror.

Rimmel stay matte liquid lipstick in pink bliss

There was a nude / browny pink Stila liquid lipstick in the M&S advent calendar this year,, it goes on looking quite light but after a couple of minutes darkens slightly. It has excellent staying power, I put it on first thing and it easily lasts till I've had lunch.

I like bitch perfect from Charlotte tilsbury.

Another vote for Charlotte Tilbury. I have a matte one and it lasts for ages, isn't drying and looks good. Costs a bomb, though.

Ooh I also love Clinique Nude Pop! If you like that, you may also like L'Oreal Color Riche in JLo's Nude - similar colour but I find to be longer lasting.

Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet Liquid 'don't pink of it' is lovely, cheapish, and not too drying.

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk is great.

Clinique Bare Pop is also really nice.

Urban decay or if you can wait for delivery LASplash have a wonderful range the lip colours are named after evil Disney characters or horror characters.. brides revenge is a gorgeous colour. They have all shades from nude to mermaid tail green! Also lightweight and long lasting!
