Where can I get Kat Von D makeup in the U.K.??

I really want Basket Case but international shipping is $19 Debenhams don't stock it online- is there anywhere else that sells it??

I've seen one on EBay for £23 but it'd be going on my eye.. so skeptical of makeup from EBay

I think if you want it that badly you'll have to pay for shipping. Sad but true. That is an utter rip off though, the shipping is the same price as the eyeliner! Do you know any Americans who you can have it sent to and they post it over? It doesn't cost that much! I've bought entire nail polish collections that cost me hardly anything in shipping.
