Best body exfoliator/scrub?

I've got dead skin on my upper arms. Which is the best body exfoliator scrub? I want something reasonably priced too ideally.

Honestly, I really like Superdrug's own. Not pricy at all but I have real problems with horrible flaky dry skin and it gets it all, especially if I use exfoliating gloves
