Dark circles going all way and puffy?

Always had dark blue circles from corner of eye to middle. Now the blue goes all way to other side and is puffy?

What could this be?

Following I have similar issue. I tried Clinique eye cream not much difference. Using a concealer now

If you are getting sufficient sleep every night and eating well. I'd get my bloods checked for a vitamin deficiencies.
