Please recommend some underwear to hold in my belly

Basically I’ve got no waist, just a few bulging rolls of fat! Would love some shapewear to hold me in and if possible give a bit of a waist. In the past I’ve bought knickers which don’t come above belly button height and therefore my fat spills over the top. I’ve also tried knickers which come up high, almost to under the bra, but had the problem that they rolled down from the top! Need some urgent recommendations please! Don’t want to spend ££££ either, about £35 max.

Oh I should have said - this is not for everyday use, just for under dresses for special occasions!

Have you tried a shapewear body?

I swear by them esp for nights out and as they're all in one you don't have the overhang issue or the roll down you get with pants.

I have some good ones by Miss Mary of Sweden (bit dearer at £60) and Gossard.
