Shirt dress

I saw this in a museum with a section on fashion and it was a current piece made in about 2016.

Anyone know does dresses like this. With a short collar type thing. Thinking it would be nice for summer.

Obviously not that colour though. Maybe plain colours.

Mango did a couple of similar ones last summer... I think it's a good idea to hold out for new season things from there.
