Skin peeling. Why?

I hope I'm asking in the right place.
The past few days I've noticed the skin on my face has become flaky and is peeling away.
I never ever wear any makeup at all, so it's not anything to do with that. I haven't used anything new at all.
So what could it be? And how can I stop it? What can I use?

I have very dry flakey skin on my face at the moment - I've put it down to too much sugar and alcohol over Xmas and indoor time with heating on . Now trying to repair the repair the damage with lots of water and healthy food

Sounds like you're dehydrated - try a serum with hylaurid acid to rehydrate. It's a bit niche but the Scinic all-in-one honey ampoule put an end to it for good for me - I got flaking every winter but none whatsoever since I started using it. You'd have to order from Korea though Smile
