Talk to me about Fly London ankle boots please...

I need a pair of flat (ish) ankle boots, just to wear with jeans, casual. Not going out boots.

A friend has a pair of FL ones and I said I liked them. Hers are 3 Winters old now and still look good. No idea on style name, Black leather, fur inside and side zip.

Ive tried to look online and found the GoreTex ones which look a bit 'hard' leather.

I have a wide foot. Are FL narrow made?

Or give me your suggestions for decent leather ankle boots that are comfortable and not narrow fit.

I've got two pairs of fly myso and I adore them. My feet are v wide and they at super comfortable. I'm a NHS manager, I walk a lot of yards, especially at this time of year!

I have their Chelsea boots and I'd say they are quite wide fit. I love Fly London boots, also have calf length brown biker boots.

i bought myself a pair this winter-i have worn them maybe 3/4 times-they are the most uncomfortable shoes ever!

there's no flexibility i the sole at all so i feel like i am stomping all the time

yeah not keen on chelsea boot style, I need a zip fastening.

I have wide feet and got some fly boots, they were really painful.

I bought a pair of LF Myso before Christmas and I love them. Good quality leather and wider fit. Mine do squeak when I walk !

Id say my feet are an E fit, so not mega wide but wider than some boots seem to like. If I go for a 7 they are usually ok. What style did you get seuss

I love Fly London boots apart from the huge zig zaggy soles. I've had a few pairs but just can't get away with the soles, wish they'd do an ordinary flat sole as apart from that they're fab.

My Fly boots have been crap. Two leaked water and the biker books wore very quickly.

I got a five, maybe if I'd gone up a size it would have been better.

As an alternative to Fly, I've got Clarks Natira Kit GTX Boots - very comfy, waterproof too. I used to have their Nice Music boots too - again very comfy for my wider feet. And both wedges. You can get them on EBay for £40/50.
