Carry On / Cabin Size Suitcases

Can anyone recommend a good cabin size wheeled suitcase? As close to the maximum size limit as possible!
(I do want wheels as have a long term shoulder issue and can't get on with weekend bag style one)

Eastpak Tranverz S I have tried a few and this is the best. You do have to check with your airline though, some have very weird non-standard minimum sizes.

Second the Eastpak Tranverz S. Finally got myself one after coveting DH’s for almost two years. I love it.
