Thick Leggings

Where can I find some - my old ones came from Next.. but they have now seen better days. I looked in there and they must have changed their manufacturers as the blue ones are now shiny and the black ones are baggy round the ankles. All the other ones I've seen are very thin and show every bit of sagginess so I urgently need some help.

I love either of the two both from primark... the control ones are think and like a tight without feet and literally never knee (I can't stand baggy knees or any bagginess on leggings) the others are cosy and fluffy inside again are really good for not going baggy

Packaging may be different I think it changes a fair bit but same pair

Both thick enough to not see through as well

Victorias Secret for me!

somebodythinkofthechildren · 11/01/2018 15:12

Mint Velvet. I have several pairs in different colours and they never let me down. They have a wide waistband to hold everything in and there is absolutely no sagging or transparency.

Thanks this is really helpful. Don't have a Primark anywhere near but have just ordered some Mint Velvet ones in black and blue.

Mint Velvet

rightknockered · 11/01/2018 17:16

What is the sizing like with Mint Velvet leggings? Are they true to size, and do they match up with their sizing charts?

yawnyawnyawnyawn · 11/01/2018 17:18

I'm a size 10 hourglass and I buy the smallest size in short length . They really hold you in as try have a high waist panel . Well worth the money .

Depending on size the ASOS Curve Cotton Modal are the best ones I've found. They're thick, wash well, no signs of sagging so far and they don't seem to get the annoying holes in the inside thighs a lot of my other ones do quite quickly.

H&M extra thick leggings are very good, and still cotton, so not sweaty like the thermal primark ones. I have both. The thermal primark ones were brilliant when it snowed, but theyre nylon and fleece so thrush central if you wear them too much.

somebodythinkofthechildren · 11/01/2018 20:26

@rightknockered I'm a 12 and wear a medium in Mint Velvet leggings. Not sure if that's any help.

I’m a recent convert to Hush leggings

chocaholic73 · 17/01/2018 16:13

An update - my leggings came yesterday and I am very pleased with them. As Somebody said ... they do hold you in well .. both on the tummy and the legs too. They feel thick and good quality. Hopefully they will wash well.

Yes! So pleased, OP. FWIW, my Mint Velvet leggings wash and tumble very well; they seem really resilient.

yawnyawnyawnyawn · 17/01/2018 18:26
