Basic tops for big busts?

I need some new basic t-shirty tops, plain with long sleeves or 3/4 sleeves and preferably a scoop neck. I used to buy these from Next but I went to get some today and they don’t have any shape to them anymore!

I have 32H boobs, and so unfitted tops make me look huge, I need something more hourglass as I have a much smaller waist. Any recommendations?

I have the same problem and love love love intimissimi . The tops can be a bit expensive but worth the investment. They don't give in and last years!

I have a couple of the Boden double layer front scoop neck 3/4 sleeve tees and I love them. Flattering, good quality, wash well.

I was told v necks were more flattering for a big bust so gave up scoop necks years ago. Also always go for the smaller size, the fit is snugger and more flattering.

I'm also 32h and swear by the H&M basics tshirts (though they seem to come in 2 lengths when they make them - I only get the longer fit ones). I think they also do a longer sleeved version. They're cheap as chips but the only tops I can find that suit me well. I also have a couple is slash neck tops from there that have lasted and suited for years and years but don't know if they make them anymore. Both have a properly fitted waist. I can't wear the white, though, it's too thin/see through

I do tend to wear them under jumpers, I love motif jumpers so not worried how they look. So if they are just for warmth tend to buy this type of teeshirt. I love the intimissimi ones for warmer days though.

I have tried v-neck before but felt I am always showing off my cleavage! Doesn’t happen in a scoop.

Yeh I much prefer a scoop neck, never buy v necks

I have some Jaeger scoop neck tops that I bought from TK Maxx - the scoop is nicely low so works with my bust (32GG) and the fabric is nice and skimmy. Might be worth trying there.

Uniqlo - they have all different sleeve lengths and necklines, and they are fitted but not clingy.

V Necks are more flattering for the larger bust.

I did a style day thing a few years ago and was told that even though I was large busted that scoop or boat necks were more flattering to my shape and I have to agree. I wear v necks too occasionally.

I like hush for basic tops.

V necks are indecent on me.

Personally I like some V-necks, scoops, some boat/slash necks, a sweethearty-type neckline, even the right crew neck is fine.

I find scoop necks much more flattering (am a 32GG) on me than v necks. The very best, most flattering plain top I have is from (don't laugh!) Wallis! It's just the right depth of scoop neck so that it's not too low but not too high.
