Curling tongs or wand-any recommendations?

I'm totally flummoxed by what's out there!

I've got thick wavy hair below shoulder length that is prone to frizz can anyone recommend a good one? Thank you!

I like the babyliss waving wand - the previous purple version not the new big wave wand.
Easy to use and gives nice texture/beachy waves.

For volume/bouncy blow dry look I use good old heated rollers!
