What shampoo and conditioners are silicone and sulfate free ?

My favourite is Shea Moisture range but it's about £12 each in boots.

I often use Superdrug Extracts, it's only £1.99.

I like the Noughty range too for shampoo.

I recommend the Facebook groups, they have folders of approved products that ill scroll through when I'm shopping to see what to get.

I got the Deciem cleansing conditioner in their Black Friday sale and I really like it. I didn't need any shampoo, I literally have about 7 bottles, but I'm glad I got it.

It's fabulous stuff (smells great too)
