Help! Smudge-proof liquid eyeliner recommendations needed

I have the smudgiest eyes on earth, but Boots no 7 Stay Precise liquid liner worked brilliantly for me. But they don't seem to do it any more. Argghhhh. The Boots Stay Perfect range is completely misnamed..it disappears within seconds. I've since tried many alternatives, which are all rubbish. A colleague at work, who always has beautiful dramatic black eye liner, recommended Rimmel Exaggerate liquid liner, and said it was bombproof. But it disappeared down my face instantly and I was horrified to find that I looked like I'd done a couple of rounds with Mike Tyson. SO PLEASE, WHAT ARE YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS FOR LIQUID EYE-LINERS THAT ARE LONG-LASTING AND STAY PUT?

Also, if anyone from Boots is reading this, what's happened to the Stay Precise liquid liner? It was amazing.

Perhaps not quite what you're looking for but I swear by Bobbi Brown long wear gel eyeliner. Comes in a little pot and you put it on with a brush. Lasts forever, never smears!

Eyeko skinny liner

georgiegirl · 24/01/2018 22:42

Thanks for your tips. I couldn't find any Eyeko skinny liner, but will hunt it out. However, I think I might have found a solution...from Mac. Not quite as good as the Boots Stay Perfect range, but almost.

I'm surprised at the Rimmel Exaggerate one had that effect on you. Did you buy the waterproof version? That's the one I use and it really stays put.

Primer. The Urban Decay one.

It makes them all work much, much better.

Soap and glory super cat is pretty good

PoHara1 · 24/01/2018 23:19

Eyeko is fantastic, soap and glory can be irritating on my eye at times but it is smudge proof. L'Oréal do one but I can't remember what it's called - it's a thick pen, and the Gigi hadid Collab liquid eyeliner seems pretty smudge proof. The liquid, not the pencil - it didn't seem all that great.

I'm very oily/ blinky/watery and all the above have been horrendous on me. The Rimmel one is one of the worst I've used.
I can only use Seventeen's Tattoo Me, and can use on waterline, but even that doesn't last if I do wings (the wings come off but most of the upper lashline stays)

Eyeko was terrible on me! No7 tattoo me is great but I found the brush thing hard to get as thin a line as I wanted

Stila stay all day liquid liner
Nyx epic liquid liner
Kat von d liquid liner

None of these budge on me.

Kat von d just isn't as black on me as I would like. Stila has changed the formula about a year ago and it's not as black as it was. Nyx dries out the quickest but it's cheapest

I'm splitting hairs! I would buy any of them again anytime I needed one

Glitteryfrog · 25/01/2018 07:51

Benefit - they're real liner. It's not a liquid, but more a gel?
It stays put pretty well.

alltoomuchrightnow · 25/01/2018 20:03

Stila is one of the worst I'd used. Benefit..I love the green and purple shades and forked out for both and regretted it... they just crumble straight off me and the bits go into my eye and irritate . So not like panda eyes but just 'crumbs' everywhere
Eyeko just streamed down my face
For some reason the Kat Von D Trooper (the black pen) is the leakiest I've EVER used and yet claims to be waterproof, yet I'm ok with her other pens (but not with wings!)
