Hi fellow curly girls - I am looking for hair dryer and diffuser recommendations that is NOT xtava/orchid (as in UK) and is NOT Dyson one (too expensive!)........ideally easily available in the UK. Help please! Much appreciated 👍🏽👍🏽

I have fine frizzy highlighted hair.

I use a hairdryer & diffuser by John Frieda. It's good.

I scrunch my hair with Umberto Giannini curl jelly.

I bought the hairdryer in Boots

I'd like to know too. I read the cloud nine one was good but alas very expensive 😩

I have a ghd air and it’s diffuser and would definitely recommend it. I have had both since 2014, the hairdryer used virtually daily and still operates perfectly Smile it’s lower in price now as there are newer models, but still very much worth the cost!

Thanks ladies, the GHD Air has caught my air and reassuring to know you've had it so long and still pleased with it.

Other recommendations I've had from CGM FB group for those also interested it:

A £20 BaByliss dryer and diffuser set-bargain
Quite a few are saying Gama diffuser (which fits in many dryers as universal (apparently).
Cloud 9 also came up but not searched it online yet!

My CGM is co wash and condition with tresseme perfectly undone also for leave in, add cantu curl activator, either frizz ease mousse or umberto giannini curl jelly. Plop for day 20 mins. Blow drying takes too long than I have in a morning so tend to air dry but too cold for this at the moment!!

While I have been conditioner washing and diffusing for years, I started the CGM about a.month ago. I got the Remington Prolux for Christmas and live it. I have attached a pic.
On another note is there a curly girl Facebook page for Britain and Ireland? I'm on a few American ones but you can't get a lot of the products?

Ah thanks-someone else suggested this too.
I will look for the Britain and Ireland group on FB too as it is really annoying I can't get many of the products shared!!

If you find one let us know! I'd love to find one.
I found this website yesterday (pic attached) that seems to have most of the products available that are named on the facebook pages. But im afraid to order 😁.

Secretgirl the website isn't attached. I've purchased most of my products from boots, Poundland, Superdrug and the harder to get ones from amazon.

Will let you know if I find a uk based group.
