Has anyone used products from This Works. Any good?

I’ve only used the sleep spray stuff which was lovely and did help. Just wanted to say QVC sell some of the products so you can try it at home and send back for a refund (minus postage costs) if you don’t like it.

Another vote here for the sleep spray - it's fab!

I like the Deep Sleep night body oil. I use it as part of my bedtime yoga routine. The pillow spray is good but not that long lasting (I use the stronger version and it's still not that concentrated).
