I bought a new face cream last week. It was moderately expensive at £70. I got advice from the shop assistant and she recommended this cream based on my skin type and my requirements.
I have used for the past two days and I have had a big reaction to it with my cheeks becoming massively inflamed and red. I can’t use it. The trouble is that DH has thrown all the packaging away and obviously th product has been opened and used. I still have the receipt. Do you think Space NK will let me return it? It’s not their fault but is a lot of money for me to waste on something that I can’t use.
