Bravissimo Horror, had to get it off my chest

Today was my first visit to a new-ish Bravissimo and I wanted to share it as I am now blaming myself for being over sensitive.

The experience has left me feeing really horrid and upset.

The lady fitting me seemed annoyed I had not come wearing a proper bra (this was why I was bra shopping!). She absolutely insisted that I was a 36D or a 36DD if I was "lucky" in some styles. I was put me in a series of uncomfortable bras which gave me breasts in my armpits and rolls of back fat. The back of the bra was also riding up very high, which was odd considering the way it was pinching my flesh.
I was given absolutely no privacy, it was very shocking. No time was given to put things on myself and I was continually told about my asymmetry. She even left the changing room door open on me whilst I was topless.
Obviously, I decided against a purchase. I went and had a cry afterwards.
I now have a lovely bra from M&S in a 34E (self-fitted as I'd had enough nudity for one day), which feels very comfortable.

Should I complain or am I just being silly? I have been fitted a fair few times so I am not prudish or weird about it,

Keen to know which store as I am a Bravissimo customer. I find Bra shopping stressful as I struggle to find a great fit and get a bit flustered and upset that it’s such a challenge to accommodate by huge boobs so would like to avoid any more stress!

You were sexually harassed by women getting their bras fitted?

If it's a new branch it may very well be someone who's not well trained or operating as Bravissimo would like her to. Definitely feed back.

I have been pretty well exclusive bravissimo customer for 12 years, sometimes a fitting has been underwhelming but overall most fitters have been lovely and good at their job.

Husky, oh yes. I mentioned earlier when I came back to a fitting room and the woman was naked. Lots of times it was a woman just wearing a thong and then asking me to demonstrate to them how to fit their breast into a cup. You are in a confined space with a woman who is going to be not fully dressed. I guess some people enjoyed it, reverse of OP being asked to take her bra off so the fitter could have a look? Who knows what the motivation is but yes it very much came across as sexual harassment. I would often excuse myself in that type of situation and ask my manager to check the fit. She was 60ish, very old school and stood no nonsense. Women quickly got their clothes back on when she walked in.

Shit that bra is literally 10 sizes too small!! How can someone be get it sooo wrong???
