Topshop jeans- which one ?

Always loved the Baxter's but they have stopped doing them in a petite leg length.
All the jeans on the petite section appear to be cropped . Are Joni/ Jamie jeans not full length then? Prefer full length as cropped makes me look shorter. Any recommendations ? Size 8, short , straight up and down , skinny legs and narrow hips/ bum ( I do paint an unflattering picture of myself !).

Jamie jeans are 'ankle grazers'. I love the fit but buy the next leg size up so they are full length - I'm 5ft 1 and get 32". Not sure about Joni.

I prefer Joni jeans but Jamie jeans do come in a longer length, I get 34"

I like Jamie , the petite are ankle grazers on me but if I get the 30 leg they are normal length . They are similar to the old Baxter's . Look on eBay for the Baxter's though as they do come up if you prefer them .

I've had two beautiful pairs of Baxter's of the years which I bought from store and loved.
Purchased a pair off eBay and they felt totally different - the shape was ok ish but they were really stiff and not soft. Never took a liking to them and it's made me a bit wary of buying them on eBay again . A friend has a stiff pair and said they've changed up the fabrics over the years and some years the fabric wasn't as good . This thread has been super useful though - am going for a 30 inch leg so they can be full length - thanks everyone

Yes I had two different types of Baxter's . They have changed them over the years .

Topshop have a nasty habit of fucking around with their jeans. Leigh used to be my go to, holy grail jeans and then Topshop did something weird with the fabric. Thankfully I discovered Joni and Jamie (prefer the former).

The different leg lengths are a great touch; I have a few pairs in a 32in leg to wear tucked into boots and some in a 30in leg to wear with trainers / flip flops in the summer.

I am in Joni's right now.
They are high-waisted which is good if, like me, you have a huge tummy.
They're not jeans-jeans though really, you can't seem to find proper traditional jean fabric these days, it's all super soft kind of jegging stuff.
