Budget alternatives to Estee Lauder Doublewear

My foundation has run out, and I'm skint after Christmas! I have patchy, freckly skin and a decent foundation makes me feel a whole lot better about myself, I just can't afford it right now. My most recent was Estee Lauder Doublewear, bought at an outlet centre, but I've also had Clinique Beyond Perfecting before, which I also liked.

I was just hoping someone might be able to recommend me something similar but cheaper! I need thick coverage as my skin is awful.

Every time I see this question asked the Rimmel one linked above is always recommended! I use it and despite trying many others I always go back to the Rimmel. I’ve found nothing at that sort of budget to beat it.

I usually wear the Clinique one you mentioned but I also like No7 25h stay time

Revlon Colorstay is as close a dupe as you could ever find.

I moved from Clinique to bourgeois healthy mix and actually never went back!

I have that Rimmel one too. I had a sample of the other type though, the breathable one, which isn’t as full coverage but went on easier on my massive pores.

I was in the exact same position as you last year, tried Revlon Colourstay on the back of internet recommendations and it is brilliant! Will never pay for double wear again as this is as good.
