It's been verified by Too Faced as a fake and it will be winging it's way to Trading Standards in the morning.

Vonsara messaged me to say that they don't guarantee that they sell genuine products.

to be fair, you dont normally receive a refund until the goods have been received (as otherwise, people could just keep the goods.) I cant think of any reputable retailer who would waive that policy.

But that is a "reputable" retailer. These people knew that they were selling fakes so should be prepared for customers to then not trust them. If they are already acting dishonestly why should I believe that they are suddenly going to start acting decently. Their behaviour so far doesn't give me any confidence in them sadly. I think that I would prefer to report them than give them the chance to rob me twice!

I say 'me' as I am know dealing with them on DD's behalf.

Sorry for your DD and I hope she gets her money back, but I genuinely don't understand how someone could look at that FB page and conclude that its a reputable retailer.

You are right brogueish, which is how it is the more inexperienced/vulnerable that get stung.
