Agera face peels and sun damaged skin

I've just turned 54 and, although I look younger than my age with very few wrinkles, my skin tone is uneven and I have age spots on one of my cheeks and around an eye. I've been wearing spf 50 daily for years but obviously the damage from my youth is done. I've used Alpha Gold at home and all sorts of creams. Whilst there's been some improvement with uneven skin tone, the tone is still uneven and the age spots are there (plus I haven't found anything suitable for the eye area).

I've noticed a skin clinic near me does Agera peels (and you can also add microdermabrasion) and I've been wondering about it for months. It's obviously quite a little sum if you go for a course of 6 treatments but I'm tempted.

Has anyone had good results with Agera for sun damaged skin? Or would anyone recommend anything else?
