Anyone used shoeholics / I think it's fake goods

Purchased uggs from them and they feel weak and fake. Someone else on trust pilot said the same ?

Anyone used them or even got uggs from them.

Did yours came with a certificate and in a branded box?

In a box yes not sure about certificate but the quality is rubish they are floppy !

What about taking boots to trading standards

Can you return them and get a refund? How much were the Uggs?

They are unlikely to be fake, but I have seen reviews in the past where contacting Shoeaholics is a nighmare

I have other uggs and these are so floppy and the inside lineing is so rough.

They are also really light compared to my real ones.

I give them as a gift to my mum she has worn them twice for short periods of time e.g. Trip to supermarket and she commented on now thin they are because they are creasing a lot.

I paid around 130 I think.

I'd contact Ugg and find put if the site is an authorized distributor.

I have purchased Uggs from Shoeaholics in the past with no problems; pretty sure yours will be legit. I needed to contact them once when a courier mishandled and damaged a box of shoes intended as a gift and customer services were really helpful. Don’t lose hope!

Which style is it? Some are thinner than others.

Shoeoholics is the outlet for Kurt Geiger, they are definitely legit. i do wonder whether Ugg make lower quality boots for outlet sale though.

I’m a huge fan of shoeaholics, I’ve used them for several years and only once had a problem which was sorted out promptly. Is it the perforated uggs they had for sale recently? They are very thin and not fully lined. But that’s they style of that particular “model”

I ordered from them and the parcel never showed up, and when I rang to complain (had emailed twice and been ignored) they said the courier was returning it to the warehouse and I couldn't have a refund until they had the parcel back! I said that it wasn't my problem that the courier had lost the parcel as they could see from tracking that I didn't have it and I wanted my refund now (at least 3 weeks after I'd placed the order) and they just kept saying they couldn't do that. In the end I asked for a call back from a manager, which I didn't get, but the following day the refund appeared. This all struck me as dodgy and I bet if I hadn't chased it up they would never have refunded me.

Shoeaholics are totally legit but Uggs have got worse quality over the years.

They seem to have cut manufacturing costs over the last few years and they're not as nice as my old ones from 2012. Shoeholics is genuine.

I couldn’t pay for Uggs after getting into Costco’s own Kirkland’s 😂

They're def a legit site, I've used them a lot without any problems.

I use shoeaholics regularly but have never bought uggs. I’ve always find them very easy to deal with recently I had an issue with a kurt Geiger bag I’d had for a year I emailed them with pics and they refunded in days.
