Had lash extensions done for Christmas, that night a few fell out the next morning when I woke up several more had come out. 6 days later I was left with very few extensions leaving me with big gaps.
I contacted the salon the day after I'd had my lashes done to let them know and shortly after Christmas I was asked to send pictures which I did. I was asked if I'd like a complementary set redone by the same person. The ladies are all self employed so only she could re do at her expense. I declined given hers were crap the first time around and I've never had this issue except with hers.
So aibu to expect a refund given it's now 8 days later and I have 3 lashes on one eye and 5 left on the other. Lash extensions are meant to last 2-3 weeks before infills!
