I always have cold hands- think I have slight reynauds tendencies

I asked for warm gloves this winter. And the family secret santa got me some. But they're men's size so huge. 😬

Save me from icy fingers please!

I love my Dents cashmere lined gloves as I have tiny hands the small is perfect
Tkmaxx also worth trying I bought some very similar ones in dark grey before Xmas and they were only £24.99
They were Italian and came up quite small so I had to buy Size 7

I have turtle doves fingerless gloves. I wasn't convinced and thought my fingers would freeze but they do work! Apparently once your wrists are warm your hands are warm. I have tiny thumbs so gloves never fit properly but I don't have a problem now I have these!

CrabappleBiscuit · 31/12/2017 08:49

The dents gloves with cashmere lining up above are good for normally cold hans. I wear silk liners underneath waterproof thermal gloves from an outdoor cloth8ng shop when I’m really cold.

faustina · 31/12/2017 08:51

here John Lewis Modern Rarity cashmere lined. they only have XL left now but they are wonderful if that's your size, and half price! I also bought the shearling ones in the photo, but they're sold out now.

Squirrelfruitandnutkin · 31/12/2017 14:55

Hmm I've tried on leather gloves, cashmere lined too in John Lewis before Christmas. They did not seem very warm to me. 😬

Any other suggestions?

I got suede, sheepskin lined gloves for €3 in Penneys ( Primark in UK) the other day.

AllPizzasGreatAndSmall · 31/12/2017 16:29

Possum gloves.

nothingwittyhere · 31/12/2017 16:45

Celtic sheepskin gloves? I've bought several pairs over the years. Expensive but worth it.

Thinsulate gloves here... not too classy but very warmSmile

CointreauVersial · 31/12/2017 17:31

I have some black leather gloves with Thinsulate lining, bought from a petrol station, of all places. They are incredibly warm.

mellicauli · 31/12/2017 19:00

Rab gloves are amazing..Cotswold outdoor stock them..

Squirrelfruitandnutkin · 31/12/2017 19:06

I've got some thinsulate ones, they don't keep my fingers warm.

Sheepskin ones might be worth a try but £67 is too much.

I’ve got sheepskin ones from Celtic and co and fingers are still freezing when I wear them! I’ve also got cashmere lined leather and again freezing fingers. I think I might need to invest in silk liners to wear underneath, as suggested by crabapple. Any particular make you’d recommend?

Scabbersley · 31/12/2017 20:51

pashmina lined etc

Justmuddlingalong · 31/12/2017 21:04

I've got these. They're woolly with fleece lining and long enough to tuck up your sleeves. When it's really freezing cold I weather a pair of gloves with fingers inside them.

Paintbox · 31/12/2017 21:28

Op you may neee mittens if your fingers still get cold in gloves. It’s much harder to keep your fingers warm when separated from their fellow fingers. Mittens are way warmer as each finger warms the next. Maybe not as practical but really warm. I have some skiing mittens in black leather that I wear when it’s really cold.

llangennith · 31/12/2017 21:42

I wear fleecey men’s gloves from M&S. The small/medium size. Perfect.

taybert · 31/12/2017 21:48

I’ve heard really good things about gloves containing silver and they’re sold by the raynaud’s society but I haven’t actually tried them.....yet
