Depends on the length of your waist. If short waisted, it would have to be something fairly close fitted preferably with a deep neckline. If you have a longer waist, you could probably get away with a crop top to make the look a bit edgier

Sadly I am short wasted, and yes I would like a v neck. Sleeves?

Depends on your arms. I personally would go for clingy / lacey and long sleeved with a deep neck but my upper body is a lot smaller than my lower and that looks nice.
