Help me find a lovely wallet for dh birthday

He's going to be 40; im taking him on holiday but he needs a present to open and he needs a new wallet.

I want to get him a really nice one, don't mind how much it costs within reason but hoping I can get something in the sales because I'm like that 😬

Mulberry wallets are gorgeous and last and last.

Got a lovely Ted Baker wallet in John Lewis sale. £55 now £33. Real leather, two toned inside and silky inner bits. Has a metal corner to keep its shape.

I was just looking at the mulberry site but got panicked.

His existing wallet is a bi fold one if that helps and he seems happy with it for cards and notes and his change rattling round in pockets 😳

It's personal and if you get it right he will always use it. Does he like the one he uses? Probably, so I'd go for an almost identical one but a luxury brand one.

Budget probably about £200 though could go a bit more. Alternative would be budget about £50 from the kids and something else nice at about £200 from me if anyone has ideas.

As it's his 40th I'd like something special.

Oops forgot to say that DH’s wallet is the Harrold classic, he tends to get five years out of them before I buy him a new one which isn’t bad considering.

Op the mulberry one is lovely, I love the logo bit! My hubby has a similar styled one and it's still going strong (had it for about 7 years).

Louis Vuitton. Absolutely the best. DH has two. It says something about a man when he gets out a LV wallet!

OP I like the mulberry one, bit ‘City formal’ for my tastes but you will know what he will like.

She will make things bespoke to commission, the leather she uses is beautiful and her customer service is great and fast, she made a custom satchel bag for me in less than a fortnight. A piece by her would easily fall into the budget you've set for the kids and would be unique. I used to be a mulberry fan but won't go back there now.
