Where is the best place to Go? I am big and really need new bras but could do with being fitted properly. I have been fitted in m and s but it didn't feel right. Tried yours clothing to. I used to go to Evans they were great but they all closed now. We don't have any places Victoria's secrets near by. We do have a Ann summers in next town do they do it? If they do are they any good?

Bravissimo, of course. (although sometimes some people report not being too happy, but still much better than M&S)

Last time I looked at the Ann Summers website they did have DD+ sizes (and not just in the wider bands), so maybe that is a good shop to try. But I've never tried their fitting service.

In any case, you should familiarise yourself with how a bra should fit, so that you are not talked into taking home a bra that doesn't fit you.

You can take your measures at home following this method, so that you know what your starting point is.

The best place local to me is House of Fraser. Bravissimo isn’t any good if you need bigger band sizes IMO. They are aiming at smaller women with bigger boobs.

Thank you I will take a look at both.
And look at the measuring guide.

I went to John Lewis last time I think.

Debenhams are pretty good usually.

Hello1290 · 29/12/2017 22:47

Another one for Bravissimo!

mochachocochino · 29/12/2017 22:51

Another vote for Debenhams always had a good experience there.

Could you get down to London for Rigby and Peller? Excellent service.

Aspieparent · 30/12/2017 08:05

We don't have a bravissimo local so will give Debenhams a try.
Not we are up north bubbles London's a long way from us.

Bravissimo or an independent lingerie shop. If not do it yourself with the Boob or Bust method (think that's what it's called - google it) and take a range of bras around the size that you get into the changing room to try on for the best fit.
