Fitflop like boots but with grippy soles?

Hi all, I mainly wear Fitflops (in various guises - shoes, boots, flip flops) which help with lower back issues. I would like a pair of waterproof boots that have gripy soles, but are also spongey like Fitflops. All Fitflops I own have very flat and thus slippy soles. Any recommendations pls?

Fitflop snow boots.

Merrells are ok but just not as spongy.

The snow boots are brilliant - very warm and comfortable and definitely a better sole than other Fitflops. Not quite as heavy duty as other non slip soles from the more outdoorsy brands. But saying that I’ve lived in mine during this snowy weather and i love the fact you don’t need socks with them.
