I epilate my garden path, after shaving it for years.
Results were going great until about a year ago, when the hair follicles are just seemingly becoming blocked.
Very frustrating as I don't know how to get them unblocked! I exfoliate, and have tried going at them with tweezers, but now I just have a load of black dots under my belly button 
Any advice??
