£500 to spend on clothes

What would you buy? Need inspiration!

That depends - do you want one £500 thing, or a few things for less?

Is there any particular item that's been popping into your head on more than one occasion, that you haven't yet purchased? Is it worth purchasing it?

Are there any glaring holes in your wardrobe? Maybe you need a really nice coat, or a nice handbag to pull outfits together?

What's your personal style like? You could invest in a few nice classic pieces - a cashmere sweater, some smart trousers, a statement piece of jewellery.

I know you said clothes but... perhaps you could spend it on a mini makeover for yourself - a new cut and colour, a luxury skincare routine, a little pamper at the spa?

What I'd buy:

• New boots, black leather or brown leather as I don't have any brown boots at all!
• Leather black or burgundy bag
• Amazing quality jeans
• Amazing quality office suit with blazer and skirt
• A couple of dresses
• A couple of white classic shirts

I know I’m very lucky. I rarely buy new clothes - and tend to panic buy for occasions so not got anything like a wardrobe that works well. I desperately need a warm winter coat so think that will be first thing. I don’t really have a style either which is main issue 🙁. I get totally overwhelmed when shopping.

I only have 1 pair of jeans - black skinny. So prob could do with getting another pair of jeans (dark blue?)

Then some tops/cardigan/blazer that I can mix n match with jeans.

I mainly wear dresses for work so would also like a new dress for work if budget stretches!
