I love a bit of online shopping as do the rest of the female population Grin . I was using asos for the last few years which I have always found great clothes good quality & at times if sales fantastic prices.
Lately I decided to try a few different sites which brought me to pretty little thing.
The stuff is just hideous. I am convinced they just went to a warehouse in India filled with all the ugly tat from the 90’s & just sold it online. The stuff is not even in fashion but hey anything looks great on a size 8 model.
I just can’t get over how bad the clothes are. Anyone else have similar opinions?

Most of the stuff is ugly (particularly at the moment!), although I've had many a quality find in their dress section.

The main reason I refuse to shop there anymore is because the customer service is dire. I've had stuff just not ship on more than one occasion. However, because PLT is solely based online, all their customer service and complaints is done through Twitter, Instagram, etc. You can't call up for help and they don't reply to email. It took me almost two months to be refunded for something that never shipped! Never again. Hmm

A lot of it is festival / holiday items that you wouldn’t necessarily wear on an average night out.

They are marketed towards a young / student / partying demographic too, so expect cheap and cheerful and shit quality. Basically one off outfits where an ‘out there’ dress would be okay, then you buy a new dress for next week’s night out etc.

PLT isn’t really the website for what you’re after, it’s not really for quality, long lasting items. And I don’t find their selection to be that different to missguided or other similar online retailers - all looks the same to me

I think it's marketed as cheap wear once type clothing for teenagers, I think if you're after budget clothing primark does a lot lot better.

I agree guys. I actually got a top from missguided & I was pleasantly surprised the quality was very goodSmile I haven’t worn yet so time will tellWink you know what primark is just the best thing since sliced bread I got a fabulous cardigan in it I haven’t loved a piece of clothing as much in years! You can really find gems in the place.
