Yes so how long before they go down to proper sale prices? Because I got 20% off really recently

The breton stripe jumper and lightning bolt sweatshirt I wanted are both sold out in XS, boo hiss. I'm tempted by the Amie joggers or the long hates but will wait until they do the proper sale and see what sizes are left.

20% is a crap sale IMO

It is crap. Real sale is 4th Jan.

If I remember rightly, last year the ‘real sale’ intially had quite a lot that actually went up in price from the pre sale offer. Only when they reduced again after a couple of weeks did you get any real bargains (if there was anything left in your size).

I think the point is you can save 20% on everything at the moment, even things that won't go into the full sale. You have to decide whether to risk missing out on any saving at all if what you want doesn't go into the sale, or go for 20%.

I think I’ll risk it and wait but have already bought a pair of black leggings with 20% off
